Damage Policy

In the unlikely event the item you ordered is damaged during transit, please take photos and email them to customer support at info@mybudvase.com. Please include your Order # in the subject line. We will file a claim with the carrier and ensure a replacement is sent out within 2 business days.

Please note that you may be required to send the item back using a prepaid return label. 


Important: Each item is quality-checked and carefully packaged  before it leaves our warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as we are not able to replace or provide a refund for used items.
