Exchange Policy

If there’s a problem with your order, such as a product being defective or the wrong product being sent to you, please let us know, we’ll be happy to send a replacement product or part at no additional cost to you. Please contact customer support within 7 days from date of delivery at info@mybudvase.com to initiate your exchange. Exchanges are subject to  the below circumstances: 

  • The product is defective and does not function correctly; please provide photos.
  • The product was damaged when you received it; please provide photos.
  • The wrong product was sent to you; please provide photos.
  • You changed your mind or are not 100% happy with your order.
      • If you are exchanging an item for this reason, it must be returned exactly as received. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to deliver and return the item.  If the product returns broken as a result of improper packing then you will be charged in full.
